Allow bike racks all over the city to house bikes that people can rent with a credit card and drop off at other locations all over the city. Minneapolis has this and it is a great treat for locals as well as visitors.

There are also shared car concepts that are really cool. Wouldn't it be great to live down town and not have to own a car. Rent one when ever you needed it for an hour?
