There is a large population of people with iphones and similar communication devices. Fort Worth Police Department should create a quicker link to the public going to all these wonderful events everyone has been suggesting. Dallas actually has an ap you can load on your phone to send information about malicious activity and wrong doing but Fort Worth does not that I can tell. Work with the local authorities to create and monitor this communication idea.
