More affordable hotels

I like the upscale hotels like the Worthington and Omni but they are a little pricey. When people visit the city they have to stay in place at least 5 miles from town, but they would be able to enjoy the downtown atmosphere if they were close.
We need places like the Courtyard or La Quinta Inn.
