It would be a great addition to have an organic community garden (Community Supported Agriculture) or food co-op (owned by workers & customers). You can have a choice to buy local organic food, or given an opportunity to volunteer a certain amount of hours working in the garden in exchange for the healthy, locally food grown vegetables, fruit, herbs, grains, legumes, flowers etc. There are lots of areas along the Trinity that would be great for this kind of wonderful addition to our City!
