We need a swimming pool! Not all residential properties in downtown Fort Worth have an outdoor swimming pool. One of my favorite things to do during the hot Texas summers is soak up some Vitamin D and cool off in a swimming pool! My suggestion would be for downtown residents to pay for this ammenity by the visit or buy a membership. I'd be willing to pay a pretty high premium for this ammenity!
