I would like to see a couple of middle and upper-end department stores downtown that would complement local and chain retail. There is something grand about having a downtown that you can get anything and everything without having to get into a car and leave the core. Perhaps a Bloomingdales, Saks, maybe even a nice JC Penney. It important to have a range of stores for a range of incomes and family types.
