I lived in Austin for a while and resided on the North side of downtown. For work I would ride my bike downtown, park it at Mellow Johnny's bike shop, pay $1 for a shower, towel, and a locker, change into my work clothes, leave my bike for a free tune up, and go to work. I would work my eight hour day, walk back to Mellow Johnny's, and ride home. i think having something like this would create an easier bike-to-work mentalitiy in the city as well as provide for a place to hop off the trail, shower, and go enjoy live music downtown or food and a movie...
