Like what Dallas has in Victory plaza. Prehaps CBS, NBC or Fox could set up a studio in the new Sundance plaza. Put up a stock and news ticker for that "international" feel. Have some gatherings in the plaza, like how they have High School bands, FB teams and cheerleaders pregame, maybe even for TCU games. A giant projector tv to "tailgate" in the plaza, live feed TCU and other sports games, or movies on weekends. We already have radio stations broadcast from there and movies are shown on occasion.
