It's common knowledge among urbanites that surface parking lots are just about the worst thing for the atmosphere of cities. Everything that touches the streets and sidewalks of Fort Worth should have retail or services to the people on them. Parking garages could be moved either underground or hidden in the middle of blocks, or elevated above retail. Parking garages are a necessary evil, but they don't have to look bad! (the picture is of one at a college)
