How about a Monorail circle line. It could run from downtown into the "Island" that will be created by TRV project further north to Exchange. Turn back west go to the Cultural District/W7th St area. Short south and back into downtown. It would be quieter and faster than the Modern Street cars idea and above street level so no lanes of traffic would be taken plus safer no train/vehicle accidents. Another plus with the Monorail you would not have to worry about freight line tracks. Make it a public/private investment like the North Tarrant Express and the other Highway expansion projects in the area. This would free up Molly the Trolley to work in other areas.
