East Lancaster Avenue, No shade for vagrants.

To improve the Fort Worth's quality of life. The City of Fort Worth needs to keep vagrants on East Lancaster Avenue off curb side. Many vagrants camp out building side because its the only place in that area with some shade depending on the time of day. A plot of land needs to be purchased near the Union Gospel Mission and developed with pavilions much like a park to give the homeless a place of refuge during the day time instead of on the side of the road.
