The land on the banks of the Trinity River near the Trinity River Campus could be prime land for parks, soccer stadiums, retail stores, restuarants, a new Cats Stadium(?) dog parks, etc. Tear down that old factory that sits underneath the main street bridge and build a park there. Build anything there! Get rid off that old junk yard that's right beside it too, and create an enjoyable experience from downtown Fort Worth to the Stockyards! Utilize Main street and build shopping, retail, fun, etc. like they are doing on west 7th street and do it on Main street! Imagine the 7th street feel down main steet connecting downtown to northside drive. it's too trashy down main. I wouldn't even walk down that steet at night alone ever! Change that.
