Well planned living

I measure urban living in the following ways: 1) Access to most of life's needs via walking (Grocery, Hdwr), 2) Many cultural activities (Arts/Entertainment - Kimbel, Bass, Movies), 3) Fun events (Main Street, Pubs, CATS, River Walk), 4) Access to Education, and 5) Public Transportation to key activities, other cities, and airport. When we have a light rail to Denton, down to Granbury, and over to Arlington Ball Park...that w/b A+. When the TRE is tied into DFW = A+, when we have a river walk w/stores and restaurants = A+, when we can get groceries and small hardware store from downtown walking = A+. I think all of this can be easily obtained in 10yrs. We are very close. Current ratings: 1) 5, 2) 9, 3) 7, 4) 9, 5) 3 - on a scale of 1:10.
