I already know there's plans out there (i.e., Urban Villages/TRV), but I'm proposing we take that and go beyond with more mixed-use, mid to highrises within Downtown. More infill and better public transportation.... I know it may not be a popular idea, but possibly working with DART on that. More emphasis on public art, greenspace, and media within Downtown and future Uptown.
