I think downtown would benefit from a few pieces of large signature art. I also like the idea of projection art on some of the downtown buildings.
Downtown also needs outdoor seating and meeting spaces. Some of that will be fixed with the Sundance remodel, but I think the Water Gardens needs better seating too.
