These are offices where small businesses and upstarts come to have a quiet professional working environment outside of home. There would be desk and workspaces with computers and printers and other office equipment where there would be a "bring your own paper" policy. There could also be meeting rooms for people to rent for a couple of hours for business and client meetings.
