I remember years ago, Lake Benbrook would let some water out and people would jam the river with rafts, inner tubes and whatever else floated. It was a lot of fun and I miss that.

Well, maybe that's not practical anymore (I don't know why it stopped), but what about some races on the Trinity north of downtown? They could be conventional, or even crazy. I think it would be a great summer event.
