I applaud the focus on expansion within the Lancaster Corridor, but I believe the T&P to be an ever unraveling disaster waiting to happen with the current cost of labor & material and it is not getting any cheaper. It would be more cost effective to take it down and build something else

I applaud the pedestrian friendly focus Workforce housing is a great way to label it
What class of peoples do we want living downtown
Explore under performing land use
Provide Contract PID services on E. Lancaster
Do not improve connections from downtown to the east side of Lancaster Market FW on every big screen in every home in Texas
Steer away from the cowboy theme so much
Keep the clean & safe feel Enhance skyline
Create list of priorities
