In St. Joseph, MI, every year they offer artists and companies the opportunity to create a pieces of art based on a certain theme. In years past it has been choices like cars, bears (the local high team mascot), boats, and carousel horses.
This year the theme is pirates. These street art objects would be a great way for Fort Worth to spotlight local businesses and the arts, all incorporated into tourist attractions. Some topics could be horses, cowboys/cowgirls, cattle, stagecoaches, and panthers.
