Remove all the abandoned railroad tracks. Relocate the Land O Lakes Purina Feed Mill and Quest Metal Solutions. In fact remove and relocate all industrial and manufacturing away from the immediate downtown area. From the metals & recycling company to the International Paper company all north of White Settlement Rd and in between North University Dr. & North Henderson St. Do not allow anymore natural gas drilling downtown, there is plenty of other places to drill besides downtown. Replace these areas with green space, water parks, skate park, dog parks, conservation areas, playgrounds, native trees, plants, shrubs, or better yet affordable housing - not public/section 8 or tax credit housing.
