Public Restrooms Downtown Philadelphia

As the improved Sundance Square gets closer to fruition, I hope there will be some type of public convenience areas. I’m not talking Porta Potties, but permanent public restrooms. Right now the downtown facilities are very limited, with Barnes and Noble being the best public choice. These facilities don’t need to be open all the time, but should have somewhat convenient hours. There would need to be budget so these facilities can be attended to, so I don’t know if this would be a public or city owned facility.
