I like to idea of having an observation tower in fort worth that all north Texans could come to. You could charge admission, and you would be able to see all of DFW from it. make it tall enough to see DFW airport, Dallas, Cowboys Stadium, surrounding areas, etc. that could bring ppl into the city that normally wouldn't come to fort worth. Provide a cheap transportation system to bring them in via the TRE, possibly an extension of that straight to the tower. Create shopping around the tower, food and beverage, living spaces, etc. the point is is that the Observation Tower is the focal point. Location? Near current trinity park on the side by the Pier One building? There is some land there that is not in use. This would put the tower next to the River (which would also be attractive since ppl want a riverfront retail/food/living space in fort worth). That's one of my opinions. Thanks.
