In an effort to improve the overall appearance of Downtown, I believe we need a more aggressive approach to eliminating grackles. Their existence is not only a health and safety issue to the residents and visitors to the Downtown area, but they also create a noise problem and require the PID to fund the daily cleanup via powerwashing of sidewalks.
