Water Station at ACL

I remember this specifically from Austin City Limits (ACL). Water stations allow water bottle-toting folks (bikers, pedestrians, etc.) to fill up for free. This would be great during events Downtown, such as the Main Street Arts Festival, or even as a permanent installment. It's hot here in Texas and we might as well find a way to stay cool while we walk through Sundance Square. Last year, enough water was dispensed at the ACL Fest to save more than 200,000 water bottles from being thrown away. That's a lot of plastic.
