Downtown becomes dead space right around the convention center, but there's so much potential for great spaces going south towards (and on) Lancaster Ave - not least of which the T&P Warehouse. Could TCC be talked out of their awful plain brick facade on Houston and Lancaster? It looks like a prison. The Water Gardens could be opened up, there could be more retail and restaurants... It would just be lovely if "Downtown" extended to Lancaster Ave.
